Packing Policy

Packing the products in the best possible way is our topmost priority. We use recommended and healthy packaging materials to pack the products in order to ensure that you get it in the best consumable condition. A dense plastic box that is unbreakable, or a PP cover which is more than 50Microns, a tough carton sleeve, a 3ply shipper carton and bubble sheets to cover the empty space, is what we use. These materials are carefully selected and are made sure that they are as per the guidelines of the food regulatory authorities of Tamil Nadu.

We know that the packing has to be safe and secure and hence our packaging team follows a process and double checks the package before it leaves for delivery.

Shipping Policy

• We at www.herbalstores.in, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, on time, every time. So, we use a large network of couriers, to deliver your products to you, as early as possible.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• We currently deliver to more than 1000 cities across India.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• We ship most items within 24-48 working hours of the order placed. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

• Shipping Lead Time

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai, Tamilnadu by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

For domestic – 5 to 7 business days. Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. www.herbalstores.in takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. www.herbalstores.in is not responsible for damage after delivery.

The products are delivered only on business days. The timings mention above are applicable only for metro cities one. Remote areas may take one day extra.

• Shipment Tracking

You will get an email in your registered mail box for every successful order in www.herbalstores.in and you will be notified with tracking number once the order is shipped through courier. You can track the status of your order delivery in the courier’s website or through local contact of the mentioned courier company. This is applicable for other states only.

For shipments within Tamil Nadu, you will be notified of undue delay, if any. You can always call our support team to check the status of your order.

• Cash On Delivery

Cash on delivery is available on select Indian pin-codes. COD is applicable on orders above ₹375/-. Shipping charges of ₹50 for COD orders below ₹1000.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
